What kind of support do you offer your clients?
Most of our clients have hourly or monthly support contracts that provide for online, telephone and onsite support when appropriate.
What kind of clients do you work with?
Over the years we have worked with a variety of clients: manufacturers, distributors, professional firms, clinics, retail business, services companies. We have worked with large multi-national corporations and small one-man firms. We meet with each client prior to committing (on either side) to determine if our particular skill set will being the value and expertise needed to make a real difference for our client's business.

We have been in business since 1989.
How many employees do you have?
The number of employees has fluctuated over the years anywhere from 20+ down to only 2-3. In recent years, since taking the company virtual the trend has been to team up with more contractors and other smaller firms to bring the expertise to bear on any project. We have found that using this strategy, we are not limited to the local market for talent and can bring in the precise talent needed, when needed, thus keeping our overhead low and providing more value for our clients.
Where are your offices located?
From 2006-2008 as we migrated most of our workforce to a virtual environment and downsized our office from 2400 square feet to a meeting room of about 800 sq ft. In 2010, we closed the meeting room and went completely virtual. We plan on wrting a few blogs and perhaps a white paper on the tools we use to run a virtual organization. Look for those later this year.

Yes. Most of our hosted solutions come with free email support and pay-for telephone support.
